Sadism - Sexual sadism is the condition of experiencing sexual arousal in response to the pain, suffering or humiliation of others (the willing recipient is called a 'masochist). Several other terms have been used to describe the condition, and the condition may overlap with other conditions that involve inflicting pain. It is distinct from situations in which consenting individuals use mild or simulated pain or humiliation for sexual excitement.

Trichophilia - Hair fetish - Hair fetishism, also known as hair partialism and trichophilia, is when a person sees hair, most commonly head hair, as particularly erotic and sexually arousing. Arousal may occur from seeing or touching hair, whether head hair, pubic hair, axillary hair, chest hair or fur. Head-hair arousal may come from seeing or touching very long or short hair, wet hair, certain colors of hair or a particular hairstyle. Pubic hair fetishism is a particular form of hair fetishism.
Haircut fetishism is a related paraphilia in which a person is aroused by having their head hair cut or shaved, by cutting the hair of another, by watching someone get a haircut, or by seeing someone with a shaved head or very short hair. The excitement can arise from the texture, color, hairstyle and hair length. Among the most common variants are excitation by long hair and short hair, the excitement of blonde hair (blonde fetishism) and red hair (redhead fetishism) and the excitement of the different textures of hair (straight, curly, wavy, etc.). This may include the sexual attraction to a specific area such as the fingers, palm or nails, or the attraction to a specific action performed by the hands; which may otherwise be considered non-sexual—such as washing or drying dishes. This fetish may manifest itself as a desire to experience physical interaction, or as a source of sexual fantasy.
A hand fetish is a sexual attraction to the hands. This attraction is most commonly expressed with fingering, handjobs, sucking on the fingers and licking the palms. Acrotomophilia - Acrotomophilia (from the Greek ákron [extremity], tómos [a cut] and philía [love]), refers to a paraphilia also known as K. Parker Syndrome, in which an individual expresses strong sexual interest in amputees.

Agalmatophilia - Agalmatophilia (from the Greek agalma 'statue', and -philia = love) is a paraphilia involving sexual attraction to a statue, doll, mannequin or other similar figurative object. The attraction may include a desire for actual sexual contact with the object, a fantasy of having sexual (or non-sexual) encounters with an animate or inanimate instance of the preferred object, the act of watching encounters between such objects, or sexual pleasure gained from thoughts of being transformed or transforming another into the preferred object.

Algolagnia Pain - Algolagnia (from Greek: álgos, "pain", and Greek: lagneía, "lust") is a sexual tendency which is defined by deriving sexual pleasure and stimulation from physical pain, often involving an erogenous zone. This differs from masochism as there is a biologically different interpretation of the sensation rather than a subjective interpretation.

Andromimetophilia - Romantic or sexual attraction to transgender people. Can be toward trans men, trans women, non-binary people, or a combination of these. This attraction can be a person's occasional, preferred, primary, or exclusive interest. Like transgender people, individuals attracted to transgender people may identify as heterosexual, homosexual, bisexual, pansexual, or with none of these categories; they may identify as transgender or cisgender.

Asphyxiophilia - Autoerotic asphyxiation is self-induced asphyxiation, sometimes to the point of near unconsciousness. Erotic asphyxiation or breath control play is the intentional restriction of oxygen to the brain for the purposes of sexual arousal. This sexual practice is variously called asphyxiophilia, autoerotic asphyxia, hypoxyphilia. The term autoerotic asphyxiation is used when the act is done by a person to themselves. Colloquially, a person engaging in the activity is sometimes called a gasper.

Autagonistophilia - a paraphilia in which sexual arousal and orgasm are contingent upon displaying one's self in a live show, i.e., being observed performing on stage or on camera.

Autassassinophilia - This is a paraphilia in which a person is sexually aroused by the risk of injury. The fetish may overlap with some other fetishes that risk one's life, such as those involving drowning or choking. Autozoophilia - Autozoophilia is sexual arousal that depends on acting out or imagining one's self as an animal. Autozoophilia is mostly practised by wearing an animal costume, such as a latex mask, mascot costume or fursuit.

Capnolagnia - Smoking fetishism (also known as capnolagnia) is a sexual fetish based on the pulmonary consumption (smoking) of tobacco, most often via cigarettes, cigars, and also, pipes and hookahs to some extent. As a fetish, its mechanisms regard sexual arousal from the observation or imagination of a person smoking.

Coprophilia - Coprophilia (from Greek, kópros—excrement and philía—liking, fondness), also called scatophilia or scat (Greek: skatá-feces), is the paraphilia involving sexual arousal and pleasure from faeces.

Dacryphilia - Dacryphilia (also known as dacrylagnia) is a form of paraphilia in which one is aroused by tears or sobbing. The term covers all forms of pleasure from the tears of others. The arousal is achieved when viewing a person in emotional distress. It carries the theme where a person (often a Top in a BDSM relationship) induces another (the bottom) to cry, or otherwise show a strong emotion

Diaper fetishism - Diaper fetishism, nappy fetishism or diaperism, is a type of garment fetish. A person with a diaper fetish derives pleasure from the diaper and/or use of it. Being forced to wear diapers as a form of humiliation is sometimes a behavior encountered in sexual masochism.

Emetophilia - Emetophilia is the sexual arousal from vomiting, or watching others vomit. It is sometimes referred to as a vomit fetish, and the fetish is considered a paraphilia. The penis pushed deep into the fellators throat can trigger their gag reflex and eventually make them vomit.

Feederism - Fat fetishism is sexual attraction to overweight or obese people due to their weight/size. Forniphilia - Human furniture is a form of bondage and sexual objectification in which a person's body is incorporated into a tray, foot stool, chair, table, cabinet or other pieces of furniture. The person used as human furniture may be kept nude or semi-nude to add to the erotic and aesthetic appeal.

Frotteurism - Frotteurism is a paraphilic interest in rubbing, usually one's pelvic area or erect penis, against an unknowing person for sexual pleasure. It may involve touching any part of the body, including the genital area. A person who practices frotteuristic acts is known as a frotteur.

Homeovestism Wearing - Homeovestism is a concept identified by George Zavitzianos and further developed by Louise Kaplan, to refer to the arousal of a person by wearing clothing appropriate to their gender, in comparison with the more widely recognized practices of transvestic fetishism, in which one is aroused by wearing clothing of a different gender.

Hybristophilia - Hybristophilia is a paraphilia in which sexual arousal, facilitation, and attainment of orgasm are responsive to and contingent upon being with a partner known to have committed an outrage, cheating, lying, known infidelities or crime.

Kleptophilia - Kleptolagnia (from Greek kleptein meaning "to steal", and lagnia meaning "sexual excitement") is the state of being sexually aroused by theft. A kleptolagniac is a person aroused by the act of theft. A sexual form of kleptomania.

Klismaphilia - Klismaphilia (or klysmaphilia), from the Greek words ("enema", "deluge, flood") and (fraternal) love), is a paraphilia involving enjoyment of, and sexual arousal from, enemas. Fetishists get pleasure, arousal and enjoyment in receiving enemas , administering enemas, or both.

Lactophilia - Erotic lactation is sexual arousal by breastfeeding on a female's breast. It is possible for people with mysophilia to be aroused by unclean locales, such as an alleyway, a dirty room or bathroom; wearing the same clothing for many days at a time; or not bathing, from days to several weeks.

Narratophilia - Narratophilia is a sexual fetish, in which the telling of dirty and obscene words or stories to a partner is sexually arousing. The term is also used for arousal by means of listening to obscene words and stories.

Nasophilia - Nose fetish - Nose fetishism, nose partialism, or nasophilia is an attraction for the nose. This may include the sexual attraction to a specific form of physical variation of appearance (such as shape and size), or a specific area (for example; the bridge or nostrils). The fetish may manifest itself in a desire for actual physical contact and interaction, or specific fantasies such as the desire to penetrate the nostrils. Sigmund Freud interpreted the nose as a substitute for the penis.

Objectophilia - Object sexuality or objectophilia is a form of sexuality focused on particular inanimate objects. Those individuals with this expressed preference may feel strong feelings of attraction, love, and commitment to certain items or structures of their fixation.

Oculolinctus - Oculolinctus or Oculophilia also known as "worming" or eyeball-licking fetishism, refers to the alleged paraphilic practice of licking eyeballs for erotic gratification. Olfactophilia - Olfactophilia or osmolagnia is a paraphilia for, or sexual arousal by, smells and odors emanating from the body, especially the sexual areas.

Omorashi - Omorashi, sometimes abbreviated as simply "omo", is a fetish subculture recognized predominantly in Japan, in which participants experience arousal from having a full bladder or wetting themselves, or from seeing someone else experiencing a full bladder or wetting themselves. It may involve tearing or damaging their clothing, covering them in mud or filth, or messing their hair or makeup. The fetish does not involve harming or injuring the subject, only their appearance.

Sthenolagnia - Muscle worship is a form of body worship in which one participant, the worshiper, touches the muscles of another participant, the dominant, in a sexually arousing manner. The practice of muscle worship can involve various wrestling holds and lifts, as well as the rubbing, massaging, kissing, or licking of a dominant's body.
